Jaclyn and Casey Steiner Family
In 2014 we built an intentionally designed modern home -- the first of its kind in our traditional suburban neighborhood. With our first son at K-State, and many relatives in Manhattan, we decided we wanted to partner with our lead architect again but this time on a project in Manhattan, KS. Our new project had a different ceiling-breaking intention: create the first ever elevated rental experience near the K-State campus.
The approach to designing our home and the Collegiate House began by studying how the space would be used. Every design decision is architecturally deliberate, and it was built with quality, enduring materials.
