Our first signature property is located in Manhattan, Kansas. It is a duplex that offers a total of 12 bedrooms just blocks from the K-State campus and Aggieville, at 931 and 929 Vattier Street. 

Each unit includes 6 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, a laundry room with a washer and dryer unit, a large kitchen that connects two living areas, and fully finished basement.

The units come unfurnished. A laundry room with a full sized washer and dryer unit is provided in each duplex.
